On Thursday, December 21, 2023 the Fuller and Settles family suffered a great loss in our lives. Blandenia “Tina” as most knew her fell asleep in death after battling cancer for over three years. She was a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister-in-law and spiritual sister in faith.
Blandenia was born on November 25, 1955 in Edgefield County SC. She was the daughter of the late Olander Settles and Maggie Lanier Settles. From an early age Blandenia had a love and desire to learn about God from her mother Maggie Settles and grandmother Anna Lanier. Even while playing with her cousins, Luphia Laniar Gilchrist and Doris Lanier Nelson, Tina told them that she wanted to have a personal relationship with God. That day came for her on June 30, 1979 when she was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She had a unselfish love for family and was always willing to help and be a source of comfort for her family, friends and strangers. Blandenia served Jehovah faithfully for 44 years.
