Kenya Felinda Bussey

Kenya Felinda Bussey was born on March 21, 1970 in Plum Branch, SC. She was the daughter of the late Pat Jr. and Shirley Bussey. She entered into eternal peace on December 28, 2022. She was 52 years old.

Kenya was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Plum Branch, SC, a 1988 graduate of McCormick High School and worked as a patient transporter for Self Regional Hospital. Her full smile and hearty laugh will be cherished by all who knew her. Around Kenya, you were sure to have fun and you could rest assured everything was clean! She loved to play cards and was queen of the spades table.

Kenya’s memories will be cherished by her two sons, Darius Bussey of Plum Branch, SC and Asiuan Freeman of Simpsonville, SC; the father of her children, Ridgeway Freeman of Plum Branch, SC; her sister, Krystal Bussey-Davis (Kaylon) of Hephzibah, GA; three grandchildren, Dezmon Rice, Kaiden Bussey and Armani Sanders; her fiancé Ahmad Hughes and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.
