Kiera Smith

Kiera Breana Smith was born on June 3. 1989 in Greenwood, SC to Thomasina Smith Timpson and the late Bobby Eugene Norman. She was the stepdaughter of John Dennis Sr. She departed this life on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at MUSC Hospital in Charleston, SC. She was 33 years old.

Kiera was a member of Springfield AME Church in McCormick, SC where she sang in the choir and a 2008 graduate of McCormick High School.

Kiera’s memories will be cherished by her mother, Thomasina Timpson and stepfather John Dennis Sr. of McCormick, SC; three brothers, Christopher Rayford of Abbeville, SC, Shaunderious Tucker of Troy, SC and John Dennis Jr. of McCormick, SC; two aunts, Rosa Cade of Troy, SC and Beverly Smith of McCormick, SC; four uncles, Johnny Perrin of McCormick, SC, Isaiah Smith of Salisbury Maryland and Mark Norman and William Perrin both of Abbeville, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
