Lillie Ruth Jennings Harper was born on April 27, 1949, in McCormick County, SC. She was the daughter of the late Henry Jennings, Sr. and Lillie Collins Jennings. She transitioned to her heavenly home on Monday, May 4, 2026 while surrounded by her loving family.

Lillie received her education in the McCormick County School System. She was a faithful member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Plum Branch, SC where she served as president of the Gospel Choir and in the Pastor Support Ministry. She worked in Textiles and as a cosmetologist before retirement.

In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by a brother, Willie Jennings.

Lillie's memories will be cherished by her daughter, Deundra Graham (Tony) of Evans, GA, her son, Cedrick Harper (April) of Plum Branch, SC, sister, Sarah Chiles (Pastor Carl Chiles) of McCormick, SC, brothers, Henry Jennings, Jr. and Fate Jennings (Marie) both of Plum Branch, SC, grandchildren, Malik Harper, Jaylen Graham, Isaiah Graham, Lauren Graham and Leah Harper and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
