Martha Moore

Martha Moore was born on October 5, 1942 in McCormick, SC. She was the daughter of the late Edward Shepherd and Willie Ruth Moore. Martha passed on February 26, 2025 in Brooklyn, NY. She was 82 years old.

Martha graduated from Mims High School and worked as a hairstylist before retirement. She loved the Lord, fashion, her family and living in Brooklyn, NY.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Moore and three sisters, Peggy Moore, Flora Swearinger and Mary Ferguson.

Martha’s memories will be cherished by her son, Kenneth Ray (Angela) Moore of Greenwood, SC, a brother, James (Eartha) Moore of Greenwood, SC, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
