Mother Eunice Dye was born January 30, 1925, to the late Mr. James and Mother Mary Jane Patterson in McCormick, SC. She was united in holy matrimony to the late Deacon Mack Dye. Mother Eunice Dye departed this life March 27, 2024 in the comfort of her home. God blessed her with 99 years.
In the year of 1950, Mother Eunice Dye repented of her sins, was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and received the gift of the Holy Ghost according at Act 2:38 under the leadership of the late Bishop J.D. Brown. In the same year, she joined Straight Gate Holiness Church where she served under Bishop Charles Herrington and the late Elder Andrew Thomas.
Mother Eunice Dye leaves to cherish her memory; her honorary nieces; Phyllis Middleton, Judy Middleton, Patricia Gore (Dea. George), Stacie Middleton, honorary nephews; James Patterson, (Irma), Isiah Middleton Sr, goddaughter; Dana Smith (Everett), godsons; Everett Smith Jr and Elder Marquis Gore; sister in law, Mother Naomi Cannady and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In addition to her husband, Mother Eunice Dye was proceeded in death by her siblings, Addie Patterson, Joe Patterson, Edward Patterson, James Patterson Jr, Paul Patterson, Sammie Lee Patterson and Elizabeth Williams.
