Richard Stephon Harris was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 22, 1970 to Joseph Richburg and the late Gertrude Harris. His earthly life ended on April 30, 2021. He was 50 years old.        

He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

In addition to his father his memories will be cherished by his daughter, Shataea Murphy of Brooklyn, NY, his son, Richard Stephon Harris, Jr. of McCormick, SC, his sister, Tonya Harris (William Lomax) of McCormick, SC, four brothers; John Dixon, Omar Dixon and Demetrius Dixon all of Jacksonville, Florida and Ilya Dixon of Brooklyn, NY, a nephew, Robert Chance of Columbia, SC, a niece: Tashanaye Harris of McCormick, SC. great-nephew: R’Monti Chance of Greenwood, SC, his grandmother, Daisy Gibert of McCormick, SC, a special friend, Tasha Parks and her children; Montreo Parks, Montez Williams and Diamond Williams of Greenwood, SC, his father figure, James Searles of McCormick, SC and his mother figure, Bobby Jones of Greenwood, SC.
