Wylene Middleton Patten, wife of the late Johnny Patten was born on July 20, 1941 in Willington, SC. She was the daughter of the late Willie Mae Parker. Wylene passed on May 19, 2023 at age 81.

Wylene was a member of St. Charlotte Baptist Church in McCormick, SC. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa. She worked as a credit and billing specialist for Xerox and as a teacher for the Hillsborough County School System.

Wylene's memories will be cherished by her son Johnny Maurice Patten of Roswell, GA; a cousin, Jeanette Gunner of McCormick, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
